Ingredients
- 50ml Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest
- 10ml 1:1 Sugar Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Orange Zest
- Glass Rocks
- Method: Stirred
Steps
- To a mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Midleton Very Rare, simple syrup, and bitters.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Garnish with orange zest and serve.
